(一) 台灣當代設計師聯展
由100位台灣設計師展現台灣設計之意念、哲學、價值與主張，並呈現台灣多元豐沛之設計能量與實力。參展設計師分為五大領域，分別為產品設計(32位)、視覺傳達設計(30位)、空間設計(18位)、時尚設計(14位)及多媒體設計(5位)，策展方向以「創意聚落」為主軸，並以關懷為主題作分區，增加展出的豐富度，期待百位設計師在創意的爭豔交鋒中，共同形塑一個永續共生的創意聚落。

"從心 看見老台南"
這是一係列的畫作,以富有豐富人情味的老城市為主題:
台南人的熱情跟誠懇的天性，讓許多人對這個老城市印象深刻。柯金祥也是其中之一，他在這個老城市得到創作的靈感，於是希望 結合數位藝術以及個人的體驗，重新詮釋老台南的十二個地點，讓更多人可以看到大街小巷裡鮮為人知的老故事，去感受每幅畫背後的故事，例如傳承、誠信、分享以及人文。他要用畫作邀請世界各地的人到老台南駐留，用心去體驗並創造屬於他們自己的故事。
Fusing the results of technology, creativity and my personal experiences, was I able to represent and translate the environment into paintings from these 12 specific locations and stories in the unforgettable city of Tainan. I wanted to attract new faces and visitors from around the world and invite them into a space that will leave a lasting impression like no other place. I want to freely express my work in hopes that people will relate to the art, and be touched by the story behind each images.
